Program & Reservations Agent
Santo Wines Winery, The Union of Santorini Cooperatives is seeking is for a Program and Reservations Agent to manage daily written communication, availability and reservations of the Wine Tourism Center program.
Responsibilities:
- Daily written email communication with travel agencies, event planners and individual guests to update availability
- Check the availability of events in the Program of the Wine Tourism Center
- Confirm Reservations and Create Event Booking Forms
- Inform partners about the provided services of the Wine Tourism Center
- Presentation of areas and information on assets to partners and visitors who are interested in holding their event in the premises of the Wine Tourism Center
- Provide feedback and periodic reports to the department manager
- Submit suggestions to improve the services provided and the quality of the events
Qualifications:
- Lower level written and spoken English
- Use of MS, Office
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork, consistency
- Previous service in a corresponding position will be appreciated
